Works commenced on site at Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre in August 2011. This project comprised a new 12,500m2 floor plate, which includes a Kmart and ALDI, along with 38 new tenancies, a new mall and 400 additional car spaces. Early works included reconfiguring the existing car park and handing over a newly refurbished Public Amenities. Works were completed in September 2012.
