Our third collaboration with Home continues to take shape, delivering a landmark BTR, mixed-use development comprising three towers rising 17 levels, 571 apartments and one retail tenancy. The project also includes the restoration and integration of Netherby Mansion, which will house resident amenities, BTR staff facilities and a new pedestrian connection to the tower concierge lobby. A refined addition to the Albert Park precinct - and a project we’re proud to be delivering.

We recently held a ground breaking ceremony to celebrate the commencement of construction at 437 St Kilda Road. We were honoured to have Jungala Ellis lead the Welcome to Country, with Eric Edwards performing the smoking ceremony, Daen Ellis on didgeridoo, and the Koori Youth Will Shake Spears Dance Group, honouring the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation's deep connection to Country and acknowledging the Traditional Owners of the land. The structure is progressing well, with tower cranes and jump forms set to climb higher over the next few months.
