Our third collaboration with Home continues to take shape, delivering a landmark BTR, mixed-use development comprising three towers rising 17 levels, 571 apartments and one retail tenancy. The project also includes the restoration and integration of Netherby Mansion, which will house resident amenities, BTR staff facilities and a new pedestrian connection to the tower concierge lobby.
