It is with great excitement that we announce our appointment as Head Contractor, and first partnership with Perri Projects, for the highly anticipated Bennetts Lane project.
Located at 17 Bennetts Lane, Melbourne, this mixed-use tower is in the heart of the CBD and aims to redefine the modern workplace.
Spread across 12,000 sqm, the building consists of two levels of retail and food and beverage tenancies, coworking spaces, A-Grade office space, and first class EOT facilities. This unique project has been designed to set a benchmark environmental standard meeting 5-star NABERS and 5-star Green Star.
After much anticipation, and many hours of hard work, we’re ready to roll up our sleeves and bring this vision to life.
