Local Kensington reaches project completion

We are thrilled to announce that Local Kensington successfully reached Practical Completion.

This milestone marks the delivery of 477 premium Build-to-Rent apartments and communal amenity for our valued client: Local.

Congratulations to the project team for their unwavering commitment and resilience over the past two years. Despite numerous challenges, your determination and ‘can-do’ attitude ensured every obstacle was met head-on and overcome. This fast-paced project, which included a separable portion handover of 232 apartments in July, stands as a testament to your hard work and collaboration.

A special thank you to our subcontractors, suppliers, and the broader Hacer and Local departments whose support was instrumental throughout the journey.
