The team at Richmond Quarter are excited to announce that we received Practical Completion for the project; after commencing just shy of 2 years ago and handing over the Retail component in March.
A big thanks to the commitment and dedication of the team who’s enormous efforts have delivered the 368 apartments over 5 buildings 👏
Completing 368 apartments across five buildings is a huge achievement, and I can imagine how much coordination it took to bring the project to the finish line. I enjoy games that also reward planning and handling obstacles along the way, which is why Crossy Road appeals to me. It’s a casual arcade game where I guide a character through busy roads and avoid hazards, making each move count toward reaching the goal.
That's Not My Neighbor turns a simple doorman job into a tense test of attention. Checking faces, IDs, and small details can quickly reveal who belongs inside and who may be hiding something.
