Hacer was given the job of restoring the legendary Werribee Racing Club Grandstand into a sleeker, more modern racing facility. The works included significant construction and restoration to the site’s interior and exterior. A new corporate function was also constructed, as well as an entry foyer, elevator and a bookmaker’s zone.
