JACQUI MIDGLEY

Jacqui commenced in the construction industry in 2013, and graduated from RMIT in 2014 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuations). Working on a range of projects at Hacer as Design Manager, Jacqui was a key collaborator during the design stages on Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre to achieve sustainability targets. Throughout her tenure with Hacer, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of the market dynamics, and has consistently built strong relationships with clients and partners. Jacqui was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2023, responsible for helping to lead our business development efforts, driving growth and expanding our market presence.

What advice would she give to the younger generation? “Learn to operate outside of your comfort zone, that is where the growth is, that is where the magic is".
