The Principal, a Dennis Family company, developed the Project adjacent to its residential development in Tarneit, Victoria.

​

 The Project comprised the following:

• Coles Supermarket (approx. 3,795m2);

• Liquorland (approx. 200m2);

• Aldi Supermarket (approx. 1,705m2);

• Kmart (approx. 6,400m2);

• Two Mini-Majors, currently 45 No specialty shop tenancies and assorted kiosks (total approx. 8,150m2);

• Centre Management office and Centre amenities;

• Site infrastructure for Stage 1, with provision for future stages; and

• Roads, paving, landscaping, bicycle stands and car parking for circa 1000 cars (approx.);

• External roadworks and paving and diversion of existing and new in-ground Services. 
   

The project was completed in September 2017.
