The first half of this office building project comprised of an 820m2 ground floor, 868m2 first floor, glazed curtain wall facade, and a 49-space basement car park facility. The second half comprised of a 415m2 ground floor, 533m2 first floor, and a 24-space basement carpark. The team had to draw on their diverse knowledge and specialist skills to complete one of the project's key aesthetic design elements - a complex, central elliptical void and feature staircase. Civil infrastructure and landscaping works also took place.
