The Social Quarter at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital is the first development in Australia to achieve a Green Star Designed assessment with the new Green Star Buildings tool, and is on track to receive a 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating 🌿
We are incredibly proud of our team on the delivery of this project and to have partnered with such a fantastic group @vicinitycentres @adpconsultingptyltd and our various subcontractors.
The project incorporates a 199KW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and includes a naturally ventilated common area and wintergarden with a biophilic design to allow customer a relaxed and comfortable experience.
If you haven’t already visited, be sure to put it on the list!
Reaching practical completion on a major development like The Social Quarter is a huge milestone, especially with all the complex dining and entertainment spaces involved. It reminds me of managing a commercial fit-out project last year where timing and quality standards were crucial. During the planning stage, I spent considerable time researching contractor standards and checking feedback on https://luxury-bath.pissedconsumer.com/review.html to make sure our team picked reliable partners for high-end installation work. Seeing a massive build cross the finish line is always incredible.
