Congrats team on reaching PC at the Social Quarter

The Social Quarter at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital is the first development in Australia to achieve a Green Star Designed assessment with the new Green Star Buildings tool, and is on track to receive a 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating 🌿

We are incredibly proud of our team on the delivery of this project and to have partnered with such a fantastic group @vicinitycentres @adpconsultingptyltd and our various subcontractors.

The project incorporates a 199KW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and includes a naturally ventilated common area and wintergarden with a biophilic design to allow customer a relaxed and comfortable experience.
