Internationally renowned architects Fender Katsalidis deliver grand contemporary living with the third and final stage of the esteemed Jaques development.

Situated at 1 Palmer Street, the project consists of a 7-storey state-of-the-art building comprising 55 high-end luxury apartments, with a ground floor café. 

​

The exterior of Palmer St is an impressive contrast of contemporary and historic design. The architects undertook extreme lengths to deliver a vision respective of the site’s heritage.

The project was completed in January 2017.
