The projects consists of 115 apartments over 10 levels with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom living options set on Railway Road, Cheltenham. One level of basement car parking and further car parking on ground and first levels are provided in the development as well as ground floor street retail tenancy and rooftop common courtyard/theatre for residents.
Defined by Carr Design’s contemporary aesthetic and Doig Architecture’s attention to detail, Ilixir features stylish architectural form with apartments offering sweeping views to the horizon or to Ilixir’s own intimate courtyards.
The project was completed in June 2017.
