The design and construction of this unique and modern office complex make this a highlight in the South Melbourne skyline.  This dynamic 10 level office development combines a detailed façade, open landscape and terrace areas, and spacious office floors.  The 4 level basement contains up to 420 car spaces and ground floor will combine a luxurious entrance with light voids, end of trip amenity facilities, restaurant, gym and retail spaces.
 
The project was completed in March 2023.
