The project involved developing a new 5 Star Green Star large format retail centre at Rooty Hill Road South, Eastern Creek.

The centre comprises of:
• 2 pad sites (McDonald’s & KFC)
• 3 buildings consisting of 1 café, Officeworks, Anaconda & 17 large format retail tenancies
• On grade car parking & associated loading docks

The project was completed in March 2022.
