The Works include, but are not limited to, the construction of a new mixed use development covering a total footprint area of 18,000m2 including 215 units, Coles supermarket (including Coles Warm Water/Fitout Works), Liquorland, four retail tenancies and two level basement car park.
This project has a 7.5 star rating - leading the way for projects that focus on high energy ratings and sustainability via efficient building products.
