The redevelopment of Cranbourne Park has transformed the Centre into a vibrant family shopping destination to better service the rapidly growing trade area, and delivers a compelling retail mix with a strong focus on fashion and dining.

 

Works included the following:

• Approx. 12,500 sqm increasing the Centre's GLA to approx. 45,700 sqm.

• A brand new Target together with a refurbished Kmart.

• A brand new Coles supermarket.

• 3 proposed new mini majors.

• Approx. 55 specialty stores, bringing the total number of stores to over 140.

• A 400 sqm gymnasium

• 1,300 sqm of office space

• Additional parking to provide approx. 1,700 spaces.
   

 The redevelopment was completed in September 2015.
