The project involves the following:

• The construction of a 13,567m2 Masters Store,

• The construction of a 7,117m2 large format retail building,

• Associated parking, concrete pavements and road (internal and external) infrastructure,

• Supply and installation of kiosk substation(s) and site main switchboard(s), rainwater and fire tanks, all stormwater treatment and retention systems,

• Relocation of existing Bunnings fire services infrastructure (including pump house),

• Supply and installation of hydrant booster and pumps room and hydrant break water storage tank,

• Services connection to external mains to service future individual allotments (including Padsite).

• Landscaping and irrigation works, and

• Building signage.
