The site is located within the developing town centre of Williams Landing, across the road from the existing shopping centre.

​

The site comprises of 2 separate buildings: a 5 level strata office commercial building and a 7 level residential apartment building (see Lancaster Apartments in Residential section). 

​

Office Building:

• Ground floor tenant, cold shell

• 39 strata offices

• 3 level carpark shared between office and residential buildings

• Building Amenities

• Shared services with apartment building
