Works commenced in mid February 2013 on the new 5 storey mixed office development at 511 Church Street, Richmond.

 

Works included a single level basement car park, 5 level commercial office space/4 level car park and ground level cafe/restaurant which opens into the 3 level atrium style entrance.

 

The project was completed in June 2014.
