437 St Kilda Road is a high-end residential development comprising of 77 apartments across 17 levels, complemented by a three-level basement car park. Residents amenities will be primarily located on the ground floor and include a 25-metre swimming pool with wellness facilities, a gymnasium, an indoor dining area, residents’ lounge, and an outdoor terrace. All apartments are designed to achieve a minimum 5.5 Green Star and an average above 7.5-Star NatHERS energy rating.
