The design and construction of the new luxurious boutique residential development located at 17 Spring Street, Melbourne, consists of 73 luxury apartments over 34 stories with a 4 level basement car park inclusive of 109 car spaces and fully automated car stackers.

Resident amenities are located on Level 2 and 3 and include a 25-metre indoor pool, gymnasium, indoor dining area, lounge and outdoor terrace. A retail space is also located on the ground floor facing Spring Street.

The project was completed early 2023.
