120 Balmain is set to become a significant commercial tower in Cremorne. The project includes the construction of a 13-level building with two basement levels located on Balmain St, Cremorne. The occupied office floors sit atop an activated ground plane encompassing a lobby, retail spaces, concierge services and premium end of trip facilities.

The façades and public spaces are layered with a palette of high-quality materials to create an outstanding development. This project not only provides desirable office and retail space in the Balmain St Precinct but has also been designed to enhance the public realm and rejuvenate the area while remaining sensitive to the surrounding context.
 
This project is due for completion in early 2026.
