Construction commenced in January 2013 on the Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre development. The project consisted of a new Woolworths Supermarket and Shopping Mall, with 17 specialty stores and two standalone specialty tenancies.

​

In addition to this, the development provided on-grade car parking for approximately 300 cars an a public realm with seating and lighting provided.

Extension of the existing Wickford Road also took place, in order to join it with Tarneit Road to the west of the development. Internal roadways were constructed throughout the site to prepare the area for further future development. 

​

The project was completed in November 2013.
