The project involved the design and construction of a mixed-use development located at 165-185 Rosslyn

Street, West Melbourne. The total site area is 9200 sqm and is bounded by Rosslyn, Dudley and Adderley Streets as well as Bluestone Lane near Spencer Street.

 

The mixed use development included 475 Residential and Serviced Apartments across 5 separate buildings, 584 car spaces (2-level basement, 2 levels above ground and mezzanine), Public Park and Laneway to City of Melbourne’s requirements. With the inclusion of Level 3 podium with pool spa and gardens, 6 restaurants and bars, a supermarket, medical centre, day spa and gym, the development is successfully transforming an industrial West Melbourne to an urban sanctuary.

West End was completed May 2021.
