With more than 35 years in the construction industry, Vin Sammartino has built a reputation for creating lasting client relationships and delivering long-term value. Since joining Hacer in 2010, he has played a key role in the company's growth, helping establish Hacer as one of Victoria's leading commercial builders.
Vin leads Hacer's business development strategy, working closely with clients and consultants to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions across a diverse range of sectors. His collaborative approach ensures clients are supported from the earliest stages of a project through to successful delivery.
A strong advocate for partnerships over transactions, Vin has helped foster a loyal client base, with around 70% of Hacer's work generated from repeat clients, a reflection of the trust, consistency and quality that underpin every relationship.
