ANNIKA FIELD

As our Head of Design - Delivery, Annika oversees the end-to-end design process, working closely with project and design teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. She ensures design outcomes align with Hacer’s Design Management Systems and project objectives, while meeting required standards, programs and key milestones.

Annika holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design, Master of Architecture, and Bachelor of Property and Construction Management, all earned with distinction from the University of Melbourne. She brings this multidisciplinary expertise to her role as Head of Design - Delivery and is a key member of our project team.
