The project represents the final delivery phase of a four-building master planned residential precinct approved under a staged planning permit. Hacer is engaged to deliver the remaining stages, combining Stages 2 and 3 into a single, integrated construction programme. Stages 2 and 3 comprise Buildings B, C and D and will deliver a total of 435 Build-to-Rent apartments across three towers of up to 18 storeys.

Approximately 429 car parking spaces are provided across Basement 2, Basement 1, Lower Ground and Ground Floor levels, with basement and ground-floor connections seamlessly integrating the new works with the existing Stage 1 structure. All buildings are linked via shared vehicle access and services infrastructure, creating a cohesive, efficient and fully integrated residential precinct delivered in accordance with planning approvals and project requirements.

The project is due for completion in April 2028.
