The Park Modern project is a high-end residential development comprising 230 luxury apartments across 18 residential levels. Situated in a prime South Melbourne location opposite the Shrine of Remembrance, this build-to-sell development delivers a sophisticated living experience complemented by premium design and amenities.

The development includes a three-level basement carpark, with additional parking provided on Levels 1 to 3, accessible via a car lift system.
 

Resident amenities are primarily located on the ground floor, featuring a wellness centre complete with pool and sauna facilities, a fully equipped gymnasium, bookable meeting rooms, and private workspaces. Two ground-floor residential tenancies fronting Dorcas Street further activate the street interface.
 

The building’s façade combines GRC and glazed elements, achieving a refined and contemporary architectural character consistent with its prestigious setting.

Project completion is scheduled for early 2028.
