The project comprised the construction of a two-storey industrial complex located in Leichhardt, designed to accommodate multiple tenancies. The development combined high-quality architectural finishes with an authentic industrial aesthetic, creating a contemporary and functional workspace environment.
 
The scope of works included the demolition of existing warehouse structures and the construction of a new two-storey industrial complex incorporating a combination of precast concrete panels, structural steel, and in-situ concrete elements. Multiple tenancy base build fit-out works were completed, featuring a range of architectural finishes. The development also provided 28 on-site car parking spaces within a total site area of approximately 5,000m².

The project was completed in December 2024.
