The works at the Lansell Square Redevelopment comprised the following:

• Construction of a new Coles supermarket and new Coles Liquor

• An extension to the existing Woolworths including a new BWS,

• A Medical Centre, and 

• 28 new and refurbished retail tenancies.
   

The existing Mall received a facelift, including new tiling and feature ceilings, while the existing public amenities and parents' room have been upgraded with new tiling, fixtures, fittings and furniture.

External works included an upgrade to the existing entries, new facade and canopy works, as well as a re-sheet and reconfiguration of the existing car park. New landscaping works and shade sails have also been completed.
