The Jam Factory Stage 2 Project, forms part of a 20,000sqm development site, with Stage 2 occupying approximately 6,000sqm. The development comprises two residential towers (R1 and R2) containing 349 apartments, including premium penthouses, and a 6 star hotel component featuring 140 rooms across podium levels 2 to 4. The project also includes a four-level basement car park, communal spaces
and amenities located on Ground, Level 1 & 2 for the hotel, and spread across Ground, Level 1, Level 5 and Level 26 for residents. There are landscaped areas on Level 5, Level 26 and the Penthouse rooftops. Aside from the amenities, the ground level features the main residential lobbies and minor retail tenancies, with the main entry to the Hotel on Level 1.
