Situated at 685 La Trobe Street adjacent to Marvel Stadium, construction will be split across two 31-storey and 30-storey residential towers comprising of 676 apartments and extensive hotel style resident amenities. 5 star Green Star Rating Benchmarked.

The development will enable the vacant site to be re-imagined and integrated within the broader vision of Melbourne’s Stadium Sports and Entertainment precinct.
