With 5 large office spaces, a 35-space basement car park, soaring black glazed walls and enormous outdoor terraces, the Harvey Street Project has been named Swan Street's new landmark building. Prior to construction, the Hacer team worked closely with Elderslie and Rothe Lowman to ensure the project met the client's design and budget expectations.

Hacer also developed a close relationship with the City of Yarra to help protect adjacent council assets. The construction was completed in 34 weeks - well within the client's programme.
