The latest development at Emporium Melbourne saw the addition of new coworking spaces as well as an update to one of the tenancies.

​

The project included a new rooftop basketball court, refurbishment of the existing Level 4 Myer retail space into 3,479 sqm of a Rebel store and 2,858 sqm fit-for-purpose coworking/commercial space, end of trip facilities, and a new Lonsdale Street entry lobby.

The project was completed in February 2024.
