A boutique collection of 39 luxurious residences across eight unique terrace forms maximises light and space, whilst boasting views of Melbourne’s iconic skyline. Situated on Alexandra Avenue in the coveted South Yarra precinct, the prime residential address will benchmark lifestyle with design. 

The Project comprises the design and construction of 39 apartments ranging from 2 to 4 levels, with 3 basement carparks inclusive of 101 car spaces. The landscape design includes primarily native and exotic vegetation that covers approximately 60% of the site area. The development is serviced by a central outdoor landscaped staircase, which connects each of the individual apartment buildings and extends down to the entrance lobby.
 
The project was completed in November 2024.
