The Cirque Apartments project is an 88 apartment development, including four Ground Floor retail tenancies, in Lord Street, Richmond. Works commenced on site in August 2011, with the project consisting of single level basement car parking and the building extending from basement level to Level 5 inclusive. Construction is of post-tensioned concrete floor and precast concrete panels. The apartments feature high quality finishes, fixtures and fittings, and appliances throughout.

The project was completed in March 2013.
