Botanicca 3 Office Development is the newest release within the Botanicca Business Park in Burnley by Growthpoint Developments.

​

The development comprises of two towers of 7 and 8 levels, 13,716 square metres of car parking, gym, child care facility, cafe, common areas and 19,240 square metres of NLA office space. It is a Green Star 5-star Certification for Design including As-built rating with the GBCA. The building is enclosed in a high performance curtain walling facade system and louvres.

Botanicca Building 3 was completed in February 2020.
