The Assemble SGRP project is the 5th project being delivered by Hacer with Assemble. This is a landmark mixed-use project set to transform its surrounding precinct, which comprises 473 thoughtfully designed apartments spread across three contemporary buildings, rising between 10 and 14 storeys. Beneath the structures, a two-level basement supports the residential and retail components, ensuring convenience and efficient access for residents and visitors.

 

At ground level, Assemble SGRP will introduce a brand-new Coles Supermarket alongside x16 specialty retail stores, creating a vibrant retail hub that brings daily essentials and local businesses to the doorstep of the community.

 

One of the defining features of the project is its commitment to open green space. Generous landscaped areas and integrated outdoor zones weave throughout the site, offering places for relaxation, recreation, and connection while enhancing the overall livability of the precinct.

 

Residents will also benefit from extensive communal facilities designed to foster a strong sense of community. These include a fully equipped gym, breakout rooms, meeting spaces, and shared laundry amenities - each thoughtfully curated to support social interaction and flexible living.

 

Scheduled for completion in mid-2028, Assemble SGRP represents the next evolution in Assemble’s community-driven approach to housing, delivering a modern, connected, and people-first environment for future residents.
