Located at 402-444 Macaulay Road, Kensington, this development is the third partnership between Hacer Group and Assemble.

The works consist of 362 build to rent apartments across 5 buildings, 1 level of basement carparking, retail tenancy spaces along ground floor.

 

The project is due for completion in November 2025.
