With a focus on creating equal opportunities for home ownership, Assemble Communities led the way in
developing innovative projects connected to people and place. Located at 402–444 Macaulay Road, Kensington, this development was the third partnership between Hacer Group and Assemble.

The works consisted of 362 build-to-rent apartments across five buildings, one level of basement car parking, and retail tenancy spaces along the ground floor.

 

The project was completed in October 2025.
