True to Brunswick’s sense of community, 4 Ballarat St. has been designed to bring people together - offering residents an enriched and connected life beyond their four walls.

Designed by Fieldwork Architects with landscaping by Rush Wright, 4 Ballarat Street in Brunswick offers a range of accessible, high-quality studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments - all run on 100% renewable energy. The 171-apartment development incorporates flexible communal areas for residents to enjoy. Neighbourly interactions are encouraged at 4 Ballarat Street with the ground floor featuring a shared workshop, lending library and retail space. A rooftop communal room is included, providing residents with bookable multi-purpose room plus dog park, communal BBQ and shared laundry.

The project was completed December 2024.
