The 623 Collins Street project is a landmark mixed-use development comprising 304 residences across 42 levels, located in a prime CBD position opposite Southern Cross Station. Set atop the heritage State Savings Bank and Batman’s Hill Hotel, the development thoughtfully integrates historic façades with contemporary architecture, creating a distinctive addition to Melbourne’s skyline.


This build-to-sell project delivers a premium inner-city living experience, featuring a mix of heritage, premium and luxury apartment, alongside ground-level commercial and retail tenancies that activate the street interface. A four-level basement and integrated resident amenities support modern urban living within one of Melbourne’s most connected precincts.

The project is due for completion mid 2029.
