Commercial offices with Xero as the primary tenant. This project included 4 levels of basement and 6 levels of office space, in addition to 4 levels of fully integrated fit out for the anchor tenant. Curtain wall façade with feature stone elements added to the build elevation within the Burwood area.

The project was completed January 2022.
