This mixed-use development commenced construction in November 2013, comprising 232 one, two and three bedroom apartments over 8 levels, 4 home offices, 5 retail tenancies, including a Coles supermarket with access from Smith St, and a residential and public basement carpark over 3 levels. 
The structure comprises post-tensioned concrete slab, insitu concrete columns, precast concrete wall, core filled blockwork and structural steel to the upper floors with a colourbond metal deck roof. The external façade comprises various finishes including composite metal and compressed sheet cladding, aluminium glazing windows and doors, glass balustrades, terracotta tiles and stone cladding.
 
All apartments consist of high quality finishes: floating timber flooring to kitchen and living rooms, 100% wool broadloom carpet to bedrooms, stone kitchen benchtops and glass splashbacks, and high quality sanitary fixtures and fittings. 
The project was completed in October 2015.
