The Avenue Village Shopping Centre involved the construction of a neighbourhood retail development, with an approximate building area of 5400sqm, on a greenfield site.

​

The development comprised a Town Centre, a 3800sqm Woolworths supermarket, specialty retailers and 294 car spaces car parking on-grade.

​

The project was completed in June 2013.
