The site is located within the developing town centre of Williams Landing, across the road from the existing shopping centre.

​

The site comprises of 2 separate buildings: a 5 level strata office commercial building (see Williams Landing Lot C in Commercial section) and a 7 level residential apartment building, comprising 42 No. apartments in a 2-bedroom / 1 bedroom mix.

The project was completed in April 2019.
