GSA Royal Practical Completion

We are proud to announce that on Saturday 31st August, we received Practical Completion of GSA Royal in Parkville. The 369-bed student accommodation includes a mixture of single bed studios, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments.

The project included the construction of a new 6 storey building and the retention of an existing ‘donut’ building with an additional 2 levels.
