An exciting addition to Hacer’s portfolio, this was a collaborative project to construct state-of-the-art training, administration and recreation facilities for North Melbourne Football Club, Fencing Victoria and City of Melbourne.

 

The building’s structure is a combination of exposed structural steelwork, intricately patterned brickwork, and innovative products including Kingspan and Danpalon. Interal spaces are characterised by stark exposed services and structure in the some areas, highly detailed finishes in others. Outdoor areas – like the oval and terraces – were also restored and landscaped as part of the project.
