On 8 May 2017, Practical Completion was achieved on the 570 Church Street, Richmond project.
The existing building on the Site is listed in the Victorian Heritage Register (VHR Number H0626). The first buildings were constructed as factory premises in 1909 for use in manufacturing safety matches by the firm Bryant and May, Bell and Co. Pty Ltd. Construction works included the refurbishment of 3 levels (Richmond building) and 4 levels (Clocktower building) to meet Grade A Property Council of Australia requirements.
