The Mantra Epping Hotel will comprise of a 4-star hotel with two wings, which will provide a mixture of hotel style guest rooms and self-catering serviced apartments, and is designed with the following facilities:

• 214 lettable keys

• Traders Café / Restaurant

• Dickson’s Mill Brewhouse

• Meeting rooms

• Conference rooms

• Guest gymnasium

• Open car park containing 143 marked bays and secure bicycle storage
